Annual elevator and lift inspections are required by the State of Maine in order for your certificates to be renewed. During an inspection we look to ensure the elevator is maintained properly and operating safely for everyone's protection. Instead of sending our inspector unannounced, we call a week ahead, as a courtesy, to notify you when the inspector will be coming. Our inspector is scheduled to arrive 60 to 90 days before the inspection expiration date to ensure you have plenty of time to submit the necessary paperwork to the state and avoid late penalties.
